One day I was watching Food Network and came across the Pillsbury Bake-0ff. I thought it looked like fun, so I did some research and started experimenting with the Pillsbury Products. This is what won me a spot in Hollywood 04. The kids love these sandwiches!
Welcome to Picky Palate! Hope you can kick your feet up and find something good to eat from my kitchen. Just so you know, I do NOT wear high heels to the grocery store, just love the look of it :) Unless otherwise noted, the recipes are my creations, Enjoy!

Good Monday to you! Hope everyone had a nice weekend

SOOOOOOO GOOOOOD! Mona
Derek requested this as our Sunday dinner. We LOVED it. We can’t wait to eat the left-overs too!
Oh my goodness! This is too funny! I came across your website from the Cookie Madness blog. I was scrolling through all of your recipes (YUMMY) when I saw the picture of this one! We LOVE this recipe of yours! I tore this one out of the Pillsbury recipe book and have kept it over the years. It’s just funny to come across your blog now! Thanks for the recipes!
Kacie,
So glad you and Derek liked these sandwiches. They are tasty aren’t they. I don’t think I’ve made them again since 04, maybe now I will.
Laura,
Thanks so much for sharing that story. Too funny, what a wierd coincidence!
Thanks for visiting my blog. I love Anna’s Cookie Madness Blog too!
Had this recipe a few weeks ago, and we love it. Another twist is to use Pillsbury’s crescent rolls – two triangles pinched to form a rectangle – plop the filling in the middle and pull up the corners to make a… well, what’s the word? Bundle of some sort! Then sprinkle the seasoning over it (or breadcrumbs) and bake as usual. A little easier than pounding out the biscuits, but that was REALLY yummy. Ü
