This was a great cook-off. It started in Phoenix where I won and landed a spot in the National Mac and Cheese Cook-Off in Portland. We had the best time sight seeing in Portland. I came out with 2nd Place

Sadly this recipe is no longer on the Tillamook website, at least not that I could find. Your link just takes me to their homepage. Maybe sometime you could repost this recipe here? Anyway, I figured you’d want to know.
