I am in the process of making it myself! I cant wait as yours looked so inviting. I also made a few changes. I will add some fajita seasoning that I had made up some time ago.

I have a picky five year old that I will puree the soup for... and hope for the best. Definitely without the fajita seasoning.

I always enjoy reading your blog. I use to live in Mesa. I miss the SW so much!

Hi Jenny!
I am a new reader too. I have made three of your recipies this week and they all turned out great. This soup was easy and tasted great! Your egg and avocado sandwich was so yummy. I also made the buffalo chicken sandwich. It will probably be back on our table very soon. My three year old loved all three. I have loved looking at all of the recipies on your blog. I am planning on using three more next week.

Thank you so, so much for this recipe! I made it for dinner tonight, and it was so absolutely incredibly delicious! We loved it!

I was weiry about using frozen corn, but was pleasantly surprised at the great fresh flavor. I think next time I might use fresh corn as well!
