ok, so good!! I ran all over town and made so many phone calls to find a super target!! And I did finally and it was worth it, great cookies, I made them for little league last night and got many compliments on them. Thanks!

Those cookies sound good. There is that virgin coconut oil again. I looked for it but only found coconut oil.

Hi Jennifer,
The coconut oil I use leaves a mild coconut flavor in the cookies, it also gives them a great texture. I get my coconut oil at Sprouts here in AZ, but have heard that Super Walmart and Target sell it as well. Make sure it says "virgin" coconut oil. You can also order it online if you can't find it anywhere.
