Recently found your website and made the Firehouse Chicken and potatoes last night. My hubby and I loved the chicken and my girls enjoyed theirs too (left out the Frank’s on their piece). What I really wanted to compliment you on are the potatoes! My 8 year old has never found a potato that she likes outside of french fries. And my 5 year old only likes them occasionally. When my oldest daughter saw the potatoes she said, “Eww…I don’t like potatoes. Wait, those look GOOD can I try one?”. I was shocked. She tried one said, “These are SO good. Thank you for making these”, and then she hugged me! Needless to say, these will be going into our side dish rotation. :)
