		<description><![CDATA[Over two-and-a-half years after this was posted, and I made these for the first time yesterday! What a wonderful recipe! I was a bit skeptical about using the mashed banana instead of butter, but the result was a wonderfully soft, delightful cookie. I rolled them in turbinado sugar before baking, so they had a nice little crunch to the outside. Thanks for sharing!]]></description>
