Can there be a more perfect food than fried cheese? YUM!
Yum, they look very tasty! We don’t get the super bowl here in Australia, in fact, we hear more about the adds, than the actual game! But I do like the idea of all the yummy super bowl food!
Oh ymu! I am starving and those look so good!!!! Happy super bowl.
These sound incredibly easy and delicious. I love the addition of the adobo sauce for smokiness. I can just see myself popping a whole plate of these!
The presentation is fabulous, the appetizers divine. I’ve never watched the super bowl.. EVER- but I am so there just for the fabulous bites!
Those look fabulous Jenny! I’m with you on the half time show and commercials. It’s the only part I watch!

Oh yum Jenny! This superbowl I am more into seeing what the commercials are . . . and making some goodies! These cheese balls sound awesome! Enjoy the game!
Those look delicious! I love cheese sticks, so I think these would be especially good because they’re bite-sized!
Yummmmmm

Perfect little poppers for the game Jenny!
We love fried mozzarella!! Sometimes ours ooze out even if we have frozen them first. Any suggestions? Anyway, thanks for all the recipes, I left you some awards on my blog.
Ooey Gooey goodness!
I wouldn’t mind burning my tongue on these!
those mozzerella balls look sooo yummy!!! wow! they didn’t ooze out when frying???
I am from the Midwest where “Cheese Balls” – with cheddar cheese inside – are very popular, but once I moved down South, no one knew what I was talking about! These reminded me of Cheese Balls and look sooooo good!
These are even better than mozzarella sticks, because you can put the whole thing in your mouth and not have to deal with the dreaded – melty cheese connecting the piece in your mouth to the piece in your hand!
I loved these…I can’t imagine how good the cajun ones would be!!! Miss you you little booger!!
Fried ooey-gooey cheese….sounds awfully good to me!!!! What a great game-day addition!
Cheers pal. I do appirectae the writing.
The look great! I think I’ll be making them for the big game! 🙂
My husband would love if I made these beauties for him!
They look absolutely wonderful!!!
I love making these, but never thought about the little balls instead of cutting stick size. These are much easier to pop in your mouth!
Growing up there was a restaurant in my town that did these but with cheddar cheese, I loved them!!! Your recipe looks so good, perfect bite-sized goodness!! Can’t wait to try them!
What a great idea! It’s so funny, but I’ve been waiting for Part 2 so I could see what else you came up with… we are suddenly hosting a Super Bowl gathering and I wanted to borrow some of your recipes!
I’m going to try this recipe next time I’m craving mozzarella sticks!
oh yum! I’ve always wanted to make mozzarella sticks, but these are so much cuter!
Oh wow! What a cute play on mozzarella sticks!
