This recipe sounds delicious! I have recently joined a freezer meal exchange group and would love to know if this could be frozen? (I’m sure the chops would be fine but I’m too new at this to figure out the potatoes!) Do you have any thoughts or suggestions? Thanks!

Just had to let you know I made this tonight and not only did every one of my picky eaters (including the hubby) go back for seconds, that completely wiped out the entire dinner. I am not even exaggerating – this is officially my families fave pork recipe. THANK YOU for an easy fixed meal my family loves!
