Before I get to the next giveaway, it’s time to announce the CAKE AND FROSTING FOR A YEAR WINNER:
COMMENTER #11, RACHELLE @ Mommy I’m Hungry, WHO SAID: All natural cake mixes! How nice! 🙂 The cookie cookie with chocolate frosting sounds yummy!
Congrats to Rachelle! Please email me ASAP, by Monday night before midnight with your address.
This next giveaway is also so much fun! It is no secret that I am a Trader Joe’s Fanatic. I LOVE it and could shop there everyday and be so happy. 2 Picky Palate readers will win this brand new Cooking With All Things Trader Joe’s Cookbook! Here’s a little information about the book….

Here’s how to enter:
Leave a comment and tell us what your favorite Trader Joe’s product is. If you do not have a Trader Joe’s in your area, I feel very sad for you, so you can just tell us your favorite quick and easy to make dinner using convenient foods from the grocery store. It’s a hard choice, but my favorite Trader Joe’s product is the frozen brown rice that can be microwaved in 3 minutes and then of course the sesame ginger almonds, mmm! Ok I LOVE it all!
Contest ends Monday morning at 9:00am PST. I’ll announce the winner shortly after. Good luck everyone!!!
You know, I am addicted to the JoJo’s. I like to buy their granola bars for my kids. They’re not only healthy and good, but CHEAP!
I LOVE Trader Joes! My new favorite this is the frozen Chicken Quesidillas!
My favorite TJ’s item has to be their peanut butter filled pretzels. They are sooo good!
Favorite? Oh man, see, I go there weekly and it’s my ‘usual’ store, not a place I go for special, so I love it all and love them for enabling my family to eat amazing food and great variety while spending 1/3 as much as I would at say, Safeway.
Favorite? Hmmm. I will say that if I need a treat, I buy some of their dark chocolate bars. And my own weekly ‘treat’ is to buy a 6 pack of Hansens diet soda. 🙂
We don’t have a Trader Joe’s here. I’m kind of jealous! My favorite thing at a grocery store that is quick and easy is Blueberry Bread Pudding from deli. It’s better than homemade!!
We just got one recently so I’ve been discovering their products. Of course my favorite is their wine. Hehehee… But we can’t even get that here in TN (legally). I used their broccoli slaw to make your Asian Turkey Lettuce Wraps, so I guess that’s my favorite product!
I am a fan of their simmer sauces. It’s an easy way to make chicken dinner.
I’m a sucker for their roasted garlic hummus! Yum.
I too love the microwaveable brown rice, but I also love their Gluten Free Rice Granola. I don’t even know what the “actual” name/label of the package says but it has dried fruit, nuts, sunflower seeds, puffed rice and its so good it is so hard not to eat the whole bag in one sitting!!!
The frozen soft chicken tacos are delicious and a quicky lunch!
I LOVE their orange chicken from the frozen section so much better than going to get cheap Chinese
Trader Joe’s is one of my fav stores!! Their tuna eaten with their sesame rice crackers are to die for…were all about snacks in this house 😀
I am in love with TJ’s chocolate covered pretzels!!!! Yum Yum Yum!!
We just moved to where there is no Trader Joe’s. Sad. But I LOVE their salsa! I mix it with chicken, put it over chips, add some cheese and that is an awesome snack!
I don’t have a TJ’s where I live but I love cookbooks and am good at duplicating recipes! My favorite quick and easy recipe would have to be a salmon pattie with a homemade pickled tarter sauce! It is quick and healthy for the whole family!
I love so many things at Trader Joes. It’s hard to name just one product. One of my favorites is the Manikopitas (sp?). I know the spelling is full, but it is a mushroom version of spanikopitas. They are in the frozen section. All their sauces are wonderful as are their cereals.
So many giveaways! How fun! Well the Trader Joe’s is about an hour away from me but I love their dried fruits!
I don’t have a Trader Joe’s near by, but now I really want one!!
I love Trader Joe’s! I love the frozen brown rice too, along with the pinapple salsa! It’s great with chicken and to cook fish in. I also love their fresh green beans and their fabulous pizza dough! Oh, and one cannot forget the mini biscotti!
The question is…Is there anything BAD at Trader Joe’s?!
I love their All American Trail Mix. I used to eat a bag of m&ms every day, now I have a handful of this instead. The chocolate is so rich, that it satisfies my need!
Oh man, I have a bajillion favorite Trader Joe’s things.
I can’t live without the Tomato-less Salsa, which is a corn based salsa sold in the chips aisle. It is SO GOOD to eat as a salsa, but I also stir it into soups, potato salad, tuna salad, hummus, put it on sandwiches, sprinkle it on salads… the possibilities are ENDLESS.
I am sooo sad we dont have a Trader Joes. Maybe someday
I love TJ’s roasted garlic Hummus! It’s the best I have ever found. Their honey wheat pretzels aren’t so bad either!
I love, love, love the Mandarin Orange Chicken. And the thai basil cashews. And I could go on and on…mmm, Trader Joes….
I love Trader Joe’s and hope we get one nearby soon. Everything I have gotten there has been great.
Trader Joe’s has the most wonderful jarred artichoke spread.
We love their Fruit Floes, frozen chinese food, and jarred Indian sauces. It’s all so delicious!
They have so many delicious types of hummus- my favorite one so far is the Chipotle Hummus with their gorgonzola crackers!
I love their pizza dough in a bag! Quick, easy, good!
No Trader Joe’s around here…but anything with Couscous is a winner…the speed of cooking it is GREAT and the flavor so full.
Well I do not have a trader Joes and so I guess I am missing out. But three minute brown rice sounds great. I am not a fan of having to wait for reg brown rice to cook for 45 min. Oh well
the brown rice is my favorite too! I don’t know what i would eat if I could not get it!
haha, i agree about those who don’t live near a tj’s!! i’d have to say their greek yogurt 🙂
My favorite product is their pizza dough- the whole wheat one is excellent, though they are all good. Very inexpensive and makes dinner super easy.
The nearest Trader Joe’s to us is a good 45 minutes away so I don’t get there often….which is a total downer because I LOVE wandering around that store looking at all the goodies.
I always stock up on nuts when I go-their prices are so good on them. I just noticed in their flyer they have something called “Mangolicious”….I can’t WAIT to try that!
We just got a TJ’s this past fall. Man I was missing out on so much. My favorite thing has to be their frozen asparagus. I use it all the time .
