I have thoroughly been enjoying the new line of Mezzetta Napa Valley Bistro Pasta Sauces. I’m telling you they are the closest thing to a homemade tasting sauce that I’ve tried. I used this sauce to make my latest soup and just made an awesome recipe with it last night that I’ll be sharing soon.
The folks at Mezzetta are offering 2 lucky Picky Palate readers 2 jars each of their new line of sauces. They retail for $5.99 each.
“We want Napa Valley Bistro products to bring the experience of dining in a

Definitelt Chicken Paremsan! Yum!
I don’t know if I can pick just one. Red sauce is just too divine!
We love spaghetti, lasagna, meatball subs, chicken parmesan topped with red sauce. Your soup from yesterday is looking tempting too!!!
By the way, just found your blog. Love it!
The apple peanut butter cookies were a hit here.
It’s lasagna for me as well! With lots of gooey cheese!
I just love pasta Marinara made with Whole Wheat Pasta! Since I am a Vegetarian I adore Pasta with Sauce and any kinds of veggies tossed in!!!
YUM!
I also love roasted Veggies with Pasta Sauces simmered over them! This is not a recipe, but I am not a HUGE recipe follower!

I would have to say manicotti or lasagna. Yum yum!
I have a great baked ziti recipe I would love to try it on!!

I love it in soup. For some reason my kids don’t get that there are tomatoes in sauce and they won’t eat tomatoes.
My favorite would be cheese mannicotti! Those sauces look fabulous.
I love pasta sauce on almost anything. Marinara is my favorite since I don’t eat red meat. It is hard to chose a favorite but I do love a meatless lasagna with a variety of vegetables, eggplant is a favorite, with lots of cheese and sauce.
Serving meatballs with our pasta is the only way I get a red sauce on my table. My family LOVES my meatballs. I love to try new sauces…every once in a while I actually find one that comes close to a flavor their okay with. But they still love their cream sauces, with roasted red peppers and LOTS of garlic.
I would say my fave things to do with a bottle of pasta sauce are to make a spaghetti bake (layers of spaghetti noodles, meat and tomato sauce and cheese on top) OR making my version of chicken parm (no breaded chicken…keepin’ it healthier with grilled chicken breast tenderloins).
Oh man, there’s so many ways to use red sauce. Stuffed shells, meatball subs, lasagna.. I can’t decide!
I make a tasty lasagna with Emeril’s Egglpant and gaahlic pasta sauce and diced procuitto.
(Excuse all my mispelling, except gaahlic I think he spells it that way on the jar)
I love a pasta my mom made for our wedding… It has alfredo sauce, pesto, chicken, sundried tomatoes, olives, and artichoke hearts in it. It is so good!
Mixing alfredo sauce and pesto is so good!
Whole wheat spaghetti with tomato basil sauce…a family favorite! Add a little ground turkey to make it even better!
I love a Vodka sauce over Penne pasta. Yum!!
I love a good cream sauce, homemade of course…. But I wouldn’t turn my nose up at some Mezztta Pasta sauce, that’s for sure!
Probably have to say lasagna is my fave. But there are alot I would never pass on!
lasagne for me too as well as seafood ravioli in a white sauce with mushrooms. yummy!!!!
Any kind of stuffed pasta-manicotti, tortellini, ravioli. They’re all good! And of course you have to mop up every bit of the sauce left on your dish with some good bread!
I was thinking stuffed shells with a pasta sauce poured over the top! Mmm.
Looks delish… My favorite to make is angel hair pasta with shrimp and garlic!
I’m with you – lasagna!
I have a ridiculously simple “lasagna” recipe that uses beef and cheese raviolis layered with all the sauce and cheese. These would really “up” the wow factor on this simple recipe! Great giveaway – thanks for offering!

My favorite recipes that has pasta cause is baked ziti! It’s so yummy and so easy to make!!
Wicked cheesy baked ziti! That’s the bomb.
I use sauce in lots of different dishes, but the “favorite” is probably just a good ol’ plate of spaghetti, and it’s imperative to have a good sauce for such a simple dish.
I love making stuffed shells. Yummy!
I love a good lasagna too. or manicotti!
I love spaghetti. I like to add lots of veggies to the sauce and use whole wheat pasta. Fast, easy, and the kids love it!
Big – not small – cheese ravioli with red sauce.
I must go with good ol’ spaghetti with red sauce topped with sausage…. can’t beat the classics!
That is a hard question but I’ll go with my Basil Pesto Gnocchi with Shrimp! Those sauces look great by the way.
Stuffed shells.
manicotti
I have to agree. I just love a good lasagna!
I love eggplant parmesan OR yummy roasted veggies over spaghetti squash…that tomato sauce just pulls it all together!
We love baked Ziti or Chicken Parmesan!
Eggplant Parmesan. Yummm!
I always use spaghetti sauce as the tomato sauce on homemade pizza. If I don’t have time to whip up homemade pizza sauce, spaghetti sauce is the way to go — it’s more tomato-y, herb-y than store-bought pizza sauce.
Just last night, we had a big family get-together at the end of a very busy week. I didn’t want to stress over dinner, so we had meatball subs. Everyone raved about how good they were, and they took about 5 minutes of work!
I’d have to say cheese stuffed manicotti with some yummy marinara sauce on top!
Even though Creamy Chicken Lasagna is at the top of my list, I have to go with good old Spaghetti. It has always been and will always been my very favorite food!
Nothing better than the classic spaghetti with some awesome sauce!!
Even though I like your idea of lasagna, my daughter is in looooove with baked ziti – so ziti it will be.
I would have to go with parmesan chicken…Yum!
I like either vegetarian lasagna or a killer chili recipe I make with spaghetti sauce
Whole Wheat lasagna noodles layed with sausage & hamburgar, cottage cheese, and a lot of cheese and pasta sauce baked at 350 for 40 minutes. Served with a side of home made garlic bread and asparagus spears.
Lasagna is the most popular in house house…and anytime I have to bring food to a lunch meeting at work
A nice homemade calzone dipped in marinara is my favorite
