Man, my grandmomma was from Sicily and she made the most delicious meatballs I ever tasted, like you wouldnt believe. Sadly, she died last year and she didnt leave a single recipe for us so I've been trying to work it out on my own... slowly working my through the meatball recipe here, I still cant figure out what her secret ingredient was though!!!

Sauce on everything!!!!! Definitly a sauce girl for sure! My all time fav is lasagna though and still ask Mom to make it every birthday!

My very own pasta bake is my favorite: it has mushrooms, bell peppers, pepperoni and mozz. cheese in it. Yumm stuff!

I agree about the lasagna, but I’d have to add the simple classic–a great baguette with marinara as dipping sauce. Mmmm!
