They were really yummy. I liked that the pie crust toned down the sweetness of the cookie. I bakes them for 21 minutes and they were pretty browned. I should have checked them sooner. I wish I would have made my circles bigger to fit more cookie dough in the middle. More cookie dough, less pie crust, would have been better to me. <br /><br />Yours look so much prettier than mine!
