Altough the recipe seems to be awesome I'm quite shocked for a thing: how can it be that I, being Spanish, have never ever heard about Spanish rice or try it? Does anybody know where the name comes from? I'm quite intrigued.

Anyway, thank you for your amazing blog, I've found it today and will definitively come back and try some things.
