We do a few meals for Christmas..with such a large family its split up a bit. Christmas Eve we go to my mothers parents and have fried shrimp, fried chicken wings, potato salad, coleslaw, pea salad & pinto beans. Then Christmas morning we go to my in-laws for breakfast..pancakes, eggs, bacon, sausage, etc..lots of the good stuff! For lunch we head over to my daddys house..he does ham, scalloped potatos, squash casserole, green beans & rolls. For dinner we finish off at a family friends with the traditional turkey, though they usually have one baked, & one fried, plus all the sides, stuffing, taters, rolls, etc.

Plus there is applie pie, pecan pie, pumpkin pie, sweet potato pie, cookies, candies, you name it, we eat it!! This year I’m taking a few of YOUR recipes for my part of the treats!! Thank you! :)

I CANT WAIT to browse through your site more (having just found it half an hour or so ago!) and find recipes that my picky self and super picky daughter will eat!! I’m pondering the broccoli cheddar chicken tater tot casserole for dinner tomorrow! I think I have everything I need!! :D I’ve been looking for a use for the broccoli in the freezer..I’m tired of waiting for my mother broccoli rice & cheese casserole recipe!! LOL

    Thank you! :*
