Ok, I LOVE this applesauce on the go! It is just a genius idea, wish I would have thought of it.

GoGo Squeeze/Materne is a France based company with an incredible product I know you will love. The good folks at Materne are giving 2 Picky Palate Readers 4 boxes each of their applesauce on the go! That’s 16 pouches.

My boys LOVED this applesauce on the go. I put it in their lunches and they devoured it for after school snack too. They really couldn’t keep their hands off of it. Check out GoGo Squeeze/Materne website to see where you can pick some up near you!!

You’ll see by the pictures below, I had no problem getting the boys to sample this product 🙂

Here’s How To Enter:

1. Leave a comment here telling us any killer tips you have to get the kids to eat healthier snacks, what snacks works for you? 🙂

Children love sweets so providing them with sweet fruits such as bananas, oranges, bananas, and strawberries will start them on the right path. Have the children help you make a smoothie using these fruits will be a fun way to have them become an active part of their healthy eating. Another tip to have children try healthy foods is to play guessing games with them. Place 2 healthy foods in front of them and encourage them to close their eyes and then try to guess the taste.
The best thing is for caregivers to be a role model.

This product is awesome! My son loves applesauce, but will not eat when I send it in his lunch. I guess having to use a spoon wastes too much time:) He would love this!!

I use dips to get my son and nephews to eat healthier snacks. Carrot sticks, apples slices, and peaches work for us.

I love all your tips! My almost 4yr old loves fruits and veggies! He will eat a whole bell pepper like an apple! My almost 2 yr old is following in his brothers footsteps too! I just have them try everything and anything, and they usually do! My 2 yr old LOVES fresh asparagus stems (uncooked) and frozen peas (uncooked). My 4 yr old loves dinos so whenever we have broccoli, we tell him they are little trees and he is a plant eater! He loves that!

My boy is only 6 mo. old, so not quite ready for this applesauce (shortly!) but my hubby takes applesauce in his lunch everyday…this would be great for him!

I don’t have kids, but I am always trying to find ways to sneak more healthy stuff into my diet. I have a terrible sweet tooth.

I put cheerios in my yogurt because a friend at work did the same thing. I love yogurt but didn’t eat that much because it was too smooth and I need to have a “crunch” when I’m eating.

  7. Angela

My daughter will eat anything that looks like a dip. So I have pureed many veggies and added them to other dips or just as is. She loves it!

Good old fashion popcorn! Kiddos also like hummus and carrots. Costco now carries little self-sealed portable hummus for their lunch boxes!
