Smoothies! I hid spinach, carrots, wheat germ, flax seed, all kinds of things in there then just add a little yogurt, strawberries (this helps hide the spinach) and whatever fruit I have on hand and viola!
I love all these ideas! My kids will drink fruit smoothies and I add carrots in them. They never can tell.

I always have a big bag of pretzels from Costco in the pantry. They’re healthy and my kids love them!

My daughter loves string cheese, fruit, applesauce, yogurt and homemade oatmeal/peanut butter/banana smoothies with some ground flax seed! I also make fruit smoothies but she loves the peanut butter ones the best and since they have tons of protein so that’s a bonus! I just try to help her eat healthier by leading a good example and not eating junk food in front of her and when she does want a treat, she has to have something healthy first.
My kids are GREAT eaters…. love to have dried fruit as well as cheese. Can’t beat the sound of this applesauce (one of their faves) though! I don’t have any stores nearby that sell it
! Hope I win
!
I am a foodie friend…. what a treat that you send us GREAT recipes. THANKS!
I am also a FB fan! Hoping to get my hands on some of that applesauce!
When I know my kids will be at their hungriest I set out of plate of healthy food, vegetables-fruit they don’t often rave over and suddenly it becomes their “new” favorite. Admit it when you’re starving you will eat almost anything that is in front of you and it does begin to taste good
My daughter is a fruit & veggie fan…my son, not so much. I have hidden sweet potatoes in pancakes and cauliflower in macaroni and cheese so he gets some fiber!
Anything I put on a skewer (or another similar child-safe stick) my 2 year old thinks is suddenly cool. Grapes, mandarin oranges, even avocados!

I find that if I cut food into cute shapes or color on them with the food color markers, things that would normally be labeled “gross” are gobbled up pretty painlessly. I have seen these GoGo Squeez Applesauces and thought they were such a good idea, I would love to win some so I could try them out on my kids!
I’m already a foodie friend, does that count for an extra entry?
I try to avoid buying junk food as much as I can. I buy healthy snacks instead, and my kids just know that that is all there is!
I became a fan on facebook. My baby loves applesauce on the go!
my children are much more likely to eat fruits and vegetables if they are cleaned cut, peeled, washed, etc. I also try to have healthy dips available. We enjoy celery, carrots, apples, little cuties, and cherry tomatoes.
I sneak pureed veggies into the kids favorite food. Foe example;: spinach in Brownies, butternut squash in Mac n. Cheese, grated zucchini in burgers. .. it works!
my boys love peaches!
my boys love all fruits!

Ants on a log are always a hit! (PB on celery with raisins)
All I have to do is make myself a snack and instantly they want it! I always have to make enough to share!
We chop our veggies REALLY REALLY small and the kids can’t be bothered picking them out. Also smashed cauliflower is a favorite and chocolate zucchini cake. YUM!
I don’t have any kids, but I do love applesauce, especially frozen.
I’m also a foodie friend.
My thirteen-month-old has always eaten healthy, homemade, natural foods. She is perfectly content to eat any fruit or veggie for a snack. She’ll also eat pretty much anything with hummus smeared on it. Stacking different things interests her, too.
