Just baked a pound cake-like loaf with candied kumquats and glaze. IMHO what else can you do with kumquats but candy them?!

Last things I baked were two loaves of sourdough bread…I keep a starter going and really look forward to trying new things with it. When I fed it to make the loaves, I used the “discard” to make sourdough waffles for Easter morning…so good!
