I baked French sponge cake with chocolate frosting for my little art students as their snack after they completed their art project. I baked the cakes with my bug-shaped Nordic bakeware. It was a big hit with the kids and their parents. I would love to have the tea cake and candy Nordicware. April 9th is my 60th birthday; so, I will cross my fingers that I will win the Nordic ware tea cake and candy mold. Looking forward to win!!! Isabelle
