I’m no Italian food expert…I’m just in love with Italian food! My favorite? Probably lasagna or fettucini alfredo. Basic, good, Italian food!
I’d have to say my absolute favorite favorite would be the classic spaghetti.
Carbonara. I try to resist not ordering it every time I eat at an Italian restaurant but it’s so hard! It’s so good!

Gnocchi with a mushroom white sauce. Any pasta with fresh pesto is also fabulous. I love love love Italian desserts, but that of course does not go with the pasta theme.
