My favorite part of this video was when Sauro came and joined everyone for dinner. He was too funny chatting everyone’s ears off in Italian. And holy cow-did that pasta ever look good?!
How cool! I guess my most favorite parts of the video was seeing Italy! I want to get there so bad…so gorgeous and rustic!

I loved the shots of the streets of Italy and the markets. It reminded me of our trip to Italy.
Another great Italian adventure for those 3! My favorite was watching Marisa and Dan making pasta or should I say trying to make the pasta. There were several other great things about the video too… like the beautiful scenery, the adorable “forest people”, and how can we forget Sauro!

Okay so my favorite part of this video was when they were foraging in the Italian forest for mushrooms. How fun is that? And then they got to use those mushrooms to create a beautiful meal, that would be such an experience. In my dreams, right?
This video had me cracking up! I was dying when Rocco was talking about Sauros mustache and how impressive it was. I like the whole video, but this part gave me a giggle
I like how they just yelled “Saro” and it led him right to him. That chicken alfredo looked so yummy!
sauro’s mustache was pretty amazing. i learned a lot about mushrooms, brushing off the spores is pretty cool!
So I totally loved Sauro’s “mush”-stache. (See what I did there? LOL) And I wished the forest people were miniature, too. I am so hungry for pasta now!
Aww…. I remember when I was in Russia and we went mushroom hunting. Brings back sweet memeories. And I thought it was sooo weird?? Yet so neat.
My favorite part was finding the mushrooms. I never in my life ever thought about picking them from the forest floor. They come from the market in boxes right? I also loved seeing the old italian men. They all look like my grandfather in some way.

I first loved seeing the open air market then how much fun to gather the ingredients for your dish the way they did. Fixing a meal with others like they did would make it so special and then looking at the food…looked so good!
