Dinner on Wednesday night is generally leftovers! My husband hangs out with “the guys” that night, so I am left to fend for myself. I use that time to clean out the fridge (although, I admit, he sometimes comes home to find me whipping up a fabulous dessert).
And here is the McCormick follow entry
HOPE I WIN!!!

Well, this Wednesday night dinner will be fresh linguine with marinara and grilled Italian sausage cut into thin slices, garnished with basil from the garden, garlic green beans picked yesterday on the side and of course crusty Italian bread drizzled with olive oil and more garlic, hot from the oven.
Wednesday nights? Something not too complicated.

Wednesday night dinners are often a very quick-thrown-together meal. The kids seem to be especially busy on Wednesday nights. Tonight we are having a penne and sausage casserole.
