Hi..these sounded wonderful and I made them over the weekend. However, when I just scooped my dough on the parchment lined baking sheet…they did not spread at all and look like a mound of cookie dough….the next pan I gently pressed to flaten slightly and they looked “almost” as good as yours. Both tasted great…I wonder why the difference in look, though…any ideas or suggestions?
