S’mores Stuffed Brownies…

Happy Memorial Day! Hope everyone is out doing something fun today 🙂  Huge thanks to Emily from Swank Design for the Picky Palate face lift, I love it! Let me know what you guys think 🙂

Feast your eyes on these devilish little brownies! Who doesn’t love s’mores? I don’t think I know anyone who doesn’t just love them. It was a no brainer last week to create a layered stuffed s’mores brownie and I am so glad I did! We devoured these like they were going out of style.

Another very easy recipe to whip up which makes it all the more awesome right?! I’m talking like 4 main ingredients plus the few items you’ll need for your brownie mix. Just what we need this week to kick off summer! Get your kids in the kitchen for this one….they’ll love these brownies and can help layer all the yummy ingredients.

Take a peek…..enjoy!

Break out your basic S’mores ingredients….mmm!

Chocolate!

Grahams!

Pour half of your brownie batter into prepared pan.

Start your layering…..grahams first 🙂

Then comes the chocolate…

….and the marshmallows 🙂

Now, pour the rest of the brownies!

Now, it’s time to bake!

Love it!

If you like little bite size brownies, check out this pan. Found it at Sur La Table a couple months ago. Wilton makes it, found a link on amazon HERE if you like it.

I could totally be fine just eating the batter and s’mores toppings like this… 🙂

Sweet blog! I found it while surfing around on Yahoo News.
Do you have any tips on how to get listed in Yahoo News?

I’ve been trying for a while but I never seem to get there!
    Appreciate it

Just a tip, I used the large marshmallows and they came through the top of the brownies and turned into a rock solid mess… try using a single layer of MINI marshmallows. This has seemed to work well (for me, anyway). But great recipe! I love them!

Hi! I actually made these and they were crazy good. My only concern was that my marshmallows didn’t melt like yours, and they ended up just bubbling at the top, some of it burnt. So I ended up scraping parts of the top off.

So, I want to make them again for some friends and I actually do want them to look as good as yours. Any idea as to how I can achieve it? Thanks so much in advance! Your website is amazing!

    Hi Jenny!

I have made these a couple of times and each time my brownie mix doesn’t always quite set up as well as I would like…mostly in the middle! I keep cooking them, but I worry the marshmallows will get too brown (the smell a little like they are burning). Should I just keep playing with my cooking time? Or should I try something else?

    Thanks for your help! 🙂

Made these, SO good! I used a 9×13 pan (and 2 brownie mixes), it was harder to get the centre cooked through, but I’m a gooey fan so let it slide 🙂 I cut the marshmallows in half to place on the graham crackers, and had to thin the batter to pour overtop quite a bit. Would recommend using 1/3 batter underneath and more on top. Also had to non-stick spray the knife every cut when getting it out of the pan! So worth it!
