Happy Memorial Day! Hope everyone is out doing something fun today
Huge thanks to Emily from Swank Design for the Picky Palate face lift, I love it! Let me know what you guys think
Feast your eyes on these devilish little brownies! Who doesn’t love s’mores? I don’t think I know anyone who doesn’t just love them. It was a no brainer last week to create a layered stuffed s’mores brownie and I am so glad I did! We devoured these like they were going out of style.
Another very easy recipe to whip up which makes it all the more awesome right?! I’m talking like 4 main ingredients plus the few items you’ll need for your brownie mix. Just what we need this week to kick off summer! Get your kids in the kitchen for this one….they’ll love these brownies and can help layer all the yummy ingredients.
Take a peek…..enjoy!
Break out your basic S’mores ingredients….mmm!
Chocolate!
Grahams!
Pour half of your brownie batter into prepared pan.
Start your layering…..grahams first
Then comes the chocolate…
….and the marshmallows
Now, pour the rest of the brownies!
Now, it’s time to bake!
Love it!
If you like little bite size brownies, check out this pan. Found it at Sur La Table a couple months ago. Wilton makes it, found a link on amazon HERE if you like it.
I could totally be fine just eating the batter and s’mores toppings like this…
Batch Prepared in 8×8 inch baking pan
1 box of your favorite brownie mix
4 1/2 full Graham Crackers
3 1/2 Full size Hershey’s Bars
16 large marshmallows
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Prepare brownie mix according to package directions. Line foil into an 8×8 inch baking pan and spray generously with cooking spray. Pour half the brownie batter into lined pan. Layer graham crackers over brownies following Hershey Bars and marshmallows. Pour remaining brownie batter over marshmallows. Bake for 40-45 minutes or until toothpick comes mostly clean from center. Remove from oven and let cool completely. Carefully remove foil and brownies from pan. Peel any foil from away from edges and cut into squares.
12 brownies
Batch Prepared in the Wilton Mini Square Brownie Pan
1 box of your favorite brownie mix,the box that calls for 8×8 inch size pan
2 full graham crackers broken into 1/2 inch pieces
2 Full size Hershey Bars broken into squares
About 18 large marshmallows quartered or 1 Cup mini marshmallows
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Prepare brownie mix according to package directions. Spray square baking pan generously with cooking spray. Fill each cup 1/2 full with brownie batter. Press 1 piece of chocolate bar, graham cracker and marshmallow into center of squares. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until brownies are cooked through in center. Remove from oven and use a plastic knife to loosen all sides and clean up any marshmallow that may have oozed over
Let cool then remove from silicone pan. Now you are ready to EAT!

I am typing to you as they are baking in the oven. Thanks for the fantastic and fun idea. My son loved helping me make them, and of course eat the extra ingredients!

I made 24 of these using paper lined muffin/cupcake pans. I used a box of mix, 3 grahams, 3 chocolate bars and 12 marshmallows. Layered per your instructions and baked at 350 for 16 minutes. Turned out great. Thanks for the idea. Next….Fluffernutters!!
Great idea,
I’m baking the recipe now; I used the same s’more ingredients but in different form, graham cracker crumbs, 2 chocolate almond bars, mini-chco chips, and mini marshmallows. I’m sure the taste these brownies will taste just as scrumptious. Can’t wait for the brownies to come out of the oven.
Yum, yum. These look delicious. I’ll bet they disappear at any gathering
These look wonderful!
These look so good. I love smores and brownies so you made one girl very happy. Thanks for your wonderful recipes.
These are so much more fun with the “stuffing!” I’ve seen so many recipes for this but never one with the real Hershey’s bar in there. NEED to make this. Soon. xxSAS
The kids and I made these today and they are TO-DIE-FOR! I am going to blog about them tomorrow and link to you! This is a great way to use up leftover smore items! Thanks for the awesome recipe. This is not going to help me get into that swimsuit though!

These are brilliant! Makes me think about what else I could layer into brownies. Your site looks great – so clean and easy to use.
Thanks a lot…now I’m craving these like crazy. AND I HAVEN’T EVEN HAD THEM BEFORE!
Great recipe idea…my girls are going to love it.
We made these tonight and they are AMAZING! Our brownie batter is thicker and doesn’t pour, so they weren’t quite as pretty as yours. But they tasted fabulous! Thanks for the great idea!
These were so easy and so delicious!!! Thanks for putting together
the recipe! Only problem… I could eat them all by myself!
Been following your blog for a little while and just made these for a Housewarming party. I’m sure they will be a hit. I made one patch in a 9X9 pan and the second in mini-cupcake pan. The cupcake pan makes a ton. I’ve made 48 and still have brownie batter left.
Next stop – Fluffernutters for our Cookies for Kids Cancer Bake Sale.
I must say these look fabulously delicious! I had to make them! They are baking as I am writing you to say thank you for such descriptive recipes and so easy. As a mother of 2 very active boys it is so nice to have finally found a website with easy steps and beautiful pictures!!! How do you come up with all of these recipes/ideas?! Keep up the fantastic work!!!
I love s’mores and I love brownies but I wasn’t sure how I’d like them together. But the two come together wonderfully. I made them for a potluck bbq tonight and they were a huge hit. The only thing I’ll do differently next time is put about 1/3 of the brownie batter on the first layer and the remaining 2/3 on top.
I forwarded this to my sister who made it for her daughter’s birthday party . . . AMAZING!! She got compliment after compliment! I felt somewhat responsible since I found the recipe for her, but thanks!! Loved it!
I made these last week and they were delcious! The kids loved them. I am going to use Carmello chocolate bars next time to throw in a little carmel! Thanks for sharing such wonderful recipes! I always look to your blog first for yummy ideas!
I just made these, they are to die for hot out of the oven with vanilla ice cream.
These brownies were sooooo good!!!! Thank you so much for the recipe. It’s a keeper for me & my family. I even caught my Mom-in-law sneaking a few
Loved these! Made them for a friend who just had her first baby! Delivering them today and I’m sure they will love them also. Thanks for sharing what a great idea!
I have been wanting to bake these since you first posted this. I finally did today, and my family and I LOVE them. They’ve been described as “heavenly.” : ) Thank you for sharing!!
These are fantastic!!!!!! I made them yesterday and my sister in law and I had to restrain from eating too many.lol. I love that the marshmallows have a toasted taste. Thank you so much for sharing this recipe! These will be a staple in our house this summer.
I made these yesterday in preparation for a road trip–YUM! They are so great and all of the individual s’more flavors stand out. One of the best parts is that my Hershey bar layer is still gooey even after they cooled. I ate one for breakfast this morning…couldn’t hold out until we actually got on the road. These are definitely going to be on my list of go-to recipes for parties and potlucks. Thanks for the great idea; your site is a great find Jenny!
I finally had a second to do some baking this past weekend and these were a huge hit!! So ooey and gooey and there is something about those graham crackers that just makes them so rich. I can’t eat more than one at a time but they are SOO GOOOD, especially with a cold glass of milk!

We made these last night and they were truly divine! Thanks for such a genius recipe!
i don’t know what i did wrong. but mine differently did not look like yours. i double checked and i followed all the directions correct.
Made these for Father’s Day-they were a BIG hit! Thanks for posting!
I am a new follower, and I must say I am in love….with everything you put on here! These s’more brownies should be outlawed. I am going to have to get one of those mini-pans. Love it. I tried the ice cream brownies the other day. They didn’t taste as AMAZING as they looked in your pictures, but hey, I’m not a picky brownie eater. Never met a brownie I don’t like. I’ll have to try them again, next time with mint icecream.

These brownies are awesome. I’ve made them twice already and they were a big hit both times! Thanks for all the great recipes!
Okay, I have to try these–I actually followed the link here from another blog who posted this recipe. I bought brownie mix yesterday that is called “Black Forest” brownies, so it has bits of dark cherries mixed in. Thinking that might add a little surprise bite of tartness to these. Not that they need any help, but it’s what I’ve got on hand, so hopefully it will work!!
Thanks for the great recipes! I love browsing and trying new stuff!!
Lesa
I was just wondering, when you’re making this, do you follow the brownie’s original baking time (3-5 minutes) , as opposed to the time you indicated (45 minutes, or so)?
This recipe looks fantastic… yum yum
