My father wasn’t around — the only things I remember him making were liver & onions and fried sausage sandwiches — neither of those were made on the grill.

New York Strip Steaks are delicious on the grill!!
My favorite thing my dad grilled….beef tenderloin on Christmas. Many memories of my dad freezing outside (we live in St. Louis) on Christmas, grilling with a flaslight.
hamburgers. My Dad isn’t much of a griller.
Steak!! Love my dad’s steak! Also, his teriyaki chicken is to die for as well!
