Can it really be December 6th? I LOVE this time of year, but wish it would SLOW down just a little! Mama’s got lots of shopping to do still
To help the you in the kitchen this Holiday Season I have whipped up an ULTRA simple cookie that is not only the cutest little thing I’ve seen but is absolutely delicious! I mean come on, can’t you just imagine how good oreos wrapped in fudgy brownies are? Well lucky for you this recipe only involves a couple ingredients and is done in record time!
These will be so cute on any Christmas plate or cookie exchange, have fun and enjoy!!
Can you even stand how cute these are? I can’t
Here’s your line up. Don’t worry if you can’t find the Holiday Oreos, any ol’ Oreo will do
….and if you can’t find the icing writer by Wilton, feel free to melt white chocolate to drizzle on top.
Whip up your brownie mix….
Time to dip! Yes, your hands will get messy….the more for you to lick
Place your dipped Oreos in muffin tins that have been sprayed with cooking spray. Here is the exact muffin pan I used.
Drizzle with icing, sprinkle and you get these little cuties! Wait until you take a bite, the Oreo gets kind of cake like…mmmm!
Directions
Makes entire package of Oreos

Curse you Picky Palate! First it was the bakery style cookies made with Oreos and now these. We made them as minis (with mini oreos of course), using Ina Garten’s brownie recipe and they turned out great! As if Ina’s recipes or Oreos couldn’t get any better…
I made these for a bake sale recently and they were a big hit. I can’t wait to try some with the various Oreo flavors. YUM!
Finally just got around to making these! I had a little trouble with some of them sticking, but otherwise they were great! I topped them off with melted drizzle from a Hershey’s Cookies N Cream and a regular Hershey’s bar. Dee-lish! Thank you for all you do! Hi guys! I used the Betty Crocker with Hershey’s brownie mix. I was worried at first bc the batter was so thick and not quite as “runny” as the one in the picture, but they actually turned out fine. Boy was it a pain spreading the batter on each oreo without pulling them apart, but it was definitely worth it! I also drizzled white chocolate on the top of mine

I know this is an old post. But I had these bookmarked for a while and made some last night for a holiday party. I used the Baker’s Joy spray and a silicone muffin pan. I thinned the brownie mix with an additional 1/8 c. water and it worked perfectly. I was worried when I popped the first batch out, because the edges looked weird. A butter knife around the edges within the first minute from the oven solved the problem though. I let them cool in the pan for about 15 mins. then they popped right out on the wax paper. The mint oreo + brownie is a wonderful combo!
wow. these are intense!!!
I made these with the peppermint flavored oreos and they were amazing!
Yum! So glad you enjoyed them!
Just made these using the Trader Joe ‘Candy Cane Joe Joe’s’.. so far, looking good! Love the simplicity.. and something unique and different.

Can you use paper liners with the brownie covered oreo”s ?
A little late, but to your question, yes! I used both silicone liners and regular liners. They don’t come out as pretty and ‘cookie’ shaped, but they are easy to do and still taste just as delicious!
*Helpful Hint*
Spray your pan with “bakers joy”….it will make you a joyful baker when making these. They will just dump right out of the pan.:)

you are sooooo dangerous! I love your ideas … and soooo loving that I now have a new fabulous treat to make for the teachers this year…
I just made these today.. I am in an extended stay hotel, so currently using a convection oven and no muffin pan.. Anyways, I just used regular cupcake liners and left the brownies in them until they are eaten. Hopefully the liners will peel off fine in a few hours! Mine don’t look near as pretty as yours but they taste so delicious! Love!

I was wondering how to store these. We are making up cookie trays for a Relay For Life Fundraiser and we will have to make about 60 dozen cookies so I will have to start baking soon and need to know if I can freeze them. Thanks for the great idea.
