after 23 years as a vegetarian and one as a meat eater I have found I love a good steak with chimichurri sauce and sauteed onions. Also, braised short ribs are pretty spectacular.
My new old school style Beef-a-roni. Reminds me of being back in school.

My favorite beef recipe is either a good roast in the crock pot or steaks on the grill. Yum, Yum!
We love bulgogi when we can find the marinade and steaks with a mustard rub when we can’t!
