Need a midnight snack? Or anytime snack for that matter, my cookies and cream peanut butter might just knock your socks off 🙂
I was so lucky to have my sister and her family visit earlier this week and I got to have some kitchen time with her beautiful girls. They are just the sweetest things ever.
Hope you’ll enjoy this naughty snack that’s good enough to eat by the spoonful!
Here’s your 3 ingredient line up.
Break out the Oreos.
My sweet little helper, I miss her already!
Here’s the second stinker that kept passing through the kitchen. Can you even stand how cute she is?!
How to Make Oreo Cookie Peanut Butter
Pour those Oreos in a large bowl.
…as well as peanut butter
Time to melt the chocolate chips 🙂
Use either a double boiler or melt in the microwave.
Add 2 tablespoons of peanut butter to the double boiler, helps melt the chocolate nicely.
Add the chocolate to the bowl!
Mmmm 🙂
Give a gentle stir and place into a mason jar.
Yes please.
Double yes please.

Have a great rest of your week! Come back soon!ssert recipe
I just found your website and can’t wait to try all of these treats and deliciously looking recipes, your so creative, I love it!
I love that you wrote ‘debatable’ after the yield! In my house this jar would be like 2 servings!
Wow, this looks like it could be dangerous!! What a fun idea! 🙂
My kids can’t wait to try this!!
Sounds delicious and so easy!
I don’t normally need a midnight snack, but this sure makes me want one! 🙂
What a wonderful treat! It looks as though your nieces had a ball helping you – and I’m sure they were very willing taste-testers.
Hubby said you are soooo soooo evil, but he loves the love / hate relationship with this recipe! LOL!
Jenny, this is such a fun idea for peanut butter! Your nieces are adorable, those blue eyes are precious.
I gawked your post from foodgawker immediately by just looking at the title it’s already attracting! I will definitely make this…Oh my I love peanut butter and oreos…
This is gonna happen in my kitchen ASAP. Pretty sure my heart skipped a beat. But I was wondering, I saw that you used the Natural PB instead of regular. Is this a personal preference? I’ve actually never strayed away from the regular kind of PB so I am a little scared haha.
So wrong! And yet so right!
Oh My Goodness!!!! This looks Ah-mazing!!!! Can’t wait to try it! YUM!!
This looks sinful! My husband would ask me to marry him all over again if I made this for him.
Holy Cannoli woman! Do you know what you are doing to my waist line!?! LOL Sounds delish.
You are seriously going to kill me. But what a way to go. ♥- Katrina
Oh my Jenny, I have to make this ASAP!
It is similar to the Cookies-n-Cream peanut butter I ordered from SPREAD in San Diego. Love it!
This is quite funny because as I type this I have a bowl of cookies and cream ice cream topped with melted peanut butter in front of me! Great minds think alike!
This is genious! Love the little camera ham. She’s a star!
Oh wow this looks obscene! This would be a great ice cream mix-in!
Where on earth did you get this idea? Totally fun!!
My ideas are unexplainable. I have a permanent foodie brain, lol! When do we get to hang out again?! We need a bake day in the kitchen!
That stuff looks lethal!!!! But oh so good! Those little girls are beautiful! You should definitely frame a few of those shots!
I know Melissa, I miss those little girls so bad! Their photos turned out so cute!
All I have to say is that between this post and your stuffed cookie posts, you have become my new hero.
Like others, I’m wondering how long it will keep. I want to make some for gifts – looks AMAZING!!!!
Hi Sarah,
I’ve had it on the counter for 3 days now and it’s still great. It’s just peanut butter, white chocolate and Oreos so I think it will keep for a few weeks no problem 🙂
Thanks so much! I was hoping you’d say that 🙂
OMG you are evil! I gained 10 pounds just reading this post.
WOW!! Such a good idea… I need some of that now… looks like I have my dessert lined up.
Oh my gosh… I need a jar of that and a spoon, right now 😀
As I said, can’t wait to spoil my grandkid with this one!!
Lawsie mercy, talk about a delightfully sinful snack! This looks incredible, Jenny! xoxo
holy cow, this is total insanity
I was going to ask how long you think it would be good for, but let’s not kid ourselves, it won’t last long enough in my house to matter! Looks A.MAZ.ING!
Oh, baby.
OK, I totally wish I wasn’t on bed rest so I could run to the store to get the ingredients!!! It’s making me want some right NOW!!! Yummy!!! Thanks for sharing!!
I’m a peanut butter addict! I love it and eat a PB&J sandwich every day. This combo could be disasterous, but I have to try it. I hope I don’t get too addicted.
I imagine I’d eat this straight out of the bowl, but in the event that I could control myself long enough to spread this on something, what would you recommend? I’m thinking maybe with pretzels or graham crackers?
Yes Rachel,
Pretzels, graham crackers or even toast would be delish!!
Jenny! Wow! This looks absolutely amazing and so sinful! I would have to keep this very far from my husband. It combines all of his favorites and he would probably eat the whole jar. 🙂
