My favorite pork recipe is one from the Food Network called Pork Medallions with Cherry Sauce. Very unique, and tastes great!

My new favorite recipe is pork loin with a balsamic soy brown sugar glaze. Yum. The pork is cooked in a slow cooker and the glaze is applied in the last hour.

I love the marinated tenderloins! So easy, grilled or baked they are ready in 30 minutes. Thanks for such a great giveaway, I shared on Facebook!

My aunt made these pork chops. She spread them with prepared mustard and coated them in flour then fried them to crust them up, then put them in the crock pot with cream of mushroom soup and cooked them real slow. The mustard made them extra tender and tasty!!

Pan seared pork tenderloin (finished in the oven) with a garlic/chili lime rub and served with oven roasted garlic rosemary potatoes and garden fresh green beans!

We love breakfast chops browned, then covered with a mixture of cream of mushroom, cream of chicken soups and a packet of lipton onion soup mix mixed in with a little bit of milk added. I added some baby carrots and small potatoes, covered and baked on low all afternoon…….Yummy!
