    My favorite pork recipe is pork chops and onions, covered in a mixture of soy sauce, butter, and brown sugar, then baked. So yummy and simple!

    My favorite dish is my Momma’s pork chops and gravy! She browns the pork chops then puts them in the oven with cream of mushroom and cream of celery soup and a little kitchen bouquet. Yum Yum!

    I love bbq shredded pork loin. I just stick it in my crockpot with a bottle of root beer and seasonings…ten hours later, add my favorite sauce and I have something amazing!

    Pernil asado. I think someone else already mentioned it here but it is a typical Puerto Rican roast pork, that our family usually eats on Christmas Eve (Noche Buena). Great giveaway!
