Awesome giveaway! A light treat in the summer — a bowl of frozen cherries. They are so sweet!
I love to just sit down with a big bowl of frozen fruit. Walmart sells a bag of mixed frozen fruit with strawberries, peaches, mango, and pineapple. Its a cool snack when its 100+ degrees outside!
My favorite light summer treat is fresh homemade guacamole with lots of lime and cilantro. yum!

One of my very favorite light treat that I enjoy all the time, but ESPECIALLY in the summer, is grilled pineapple! Usually I do it in my skillet but this would be the perfect thing for me!

I’m sure it’s been said, and said, and SAID but my fav light and cool meal in the summer would be a salad. Especially fresh picked from the garden! I did not get as much lettuce from my garden this year as I would have liked, but the tomatoes are coming on and they are divine! They deserve to be eaten with cucumbers in a salad.
