A red velvet cake, there not sold here in Europe, so I have to make them myself
I will definitely make a Japanese-style cheesecake! The recipe requires beating egg whites to form high peaks, so this would save my arm from going numb as it usually does from holding a hand mixer for too long! 😛
I am definitely going to make the oreo and peanut butter brownie cakes you posted a few weeks ago. They are by far the tastiest looking thing I’ve ever seen, but I haven’t been able to make them yet because I don’t have a mixer. 🙁
Keep up the great work!
oh my what am i not going to make!! hmmm i think im feeling like pumpkin spice roll
The first thing I am going to make is pumpkin bread for the start of my holiday baking. I like to start making it the 1st. of November because every year my list expands. Thanks Patricia
SO EXCITED about this giveaway! i’ve been dying to make homemade pizza, so i’d definitely use the dough hook to make pizza dough!
Cookies! What else…?
😀
Thanks for the giveaway!!
Chocolate chip cookies YUM!
Cookies, no doubt about that. At work I’m known as the Cookie Fairy because I bring cookies for everybody on Mondays. I hope they never find out that I benefit just as much from this… every cookie someone else eats won’t end up on my hips. 😉
Probably chocolate chip cookies
I think some cinnamon bread is in order…
I will make some delicious graham-cracker cupcakes with key lime cream cheese frosting!
I would make cookies!
Either coconut macarons or a carrot cake! Yum 🙂
Sugar cookies! No, bread! No, wait! Ummm– meringue! No–my great-grandmother’s seven-minute icing! No…actually, it would be my Latvian Grandma’s ‘pipparkukas’, like German pfefferkuchen, like American gingerbread cookies but spicier and richer and with a snap of flavor and texture what comes from a super-stiff dough that you age for a month. Ohhhh yeah baby. Man garsho pipparkuukas!
I’d definitely go for bread. Can’t do that right now because my mixer. Well, don’t talk about that. Bread’s heavy and this one’s perfect for it!
Definitely cupcakes. Mmmm.
I would make anything pumpkin flavored! Cupcakes, bread, muffins, you name it. I’m loving the fall weather and the fall cooking! 🙂
A big batch of homemade whoppie pies….lots of them for all the family and friends. I even search and put them in the wax paper bags just like my grandmother did when I was so young!
I have been wanting one of these for SO long…I would make loads and loads of cookies with my new kitchenaid mixer!!
Chocolate cupcakes. Yummy.
I’ll make Martha Stewart’s Swiss Meringue Buttercream – properly for the first time!!
please pleeeeeeeze pick me!!
My daughter’s favorite cupcakes!!
I would make Big Batch of cookie dough, then bake them so dh can share @ work!
Bread! I’ll have to find just the right recipe, but I’ve been practically dreaming about making bread lately.

I think I would have to make a great big pavlova topped with pears, hazelnuts and chocolate.
For some reason, snicker-doodle cookies sounds really good right now, so they would be first!
Chocolate chip cookie dough. Then stuff the middles w/oreos, nutter butters, & brownie bites. My kids have been eyeing your site with me & are dying to make the oreo stuffed chocolate chip cookie. Yummy
Homemade cookies!
Bread….
My wife just discovered that she has Celiac Disease. The first thing I would make with a new KitchenAid mixer is gluten-free versions of her favorite breads.
Pumpkin shortbread! I’ve been moving and haven’t been able to bake at all, so I’ve been missing out on all the seasonal pumpkin fun.
