wow that is a beautiful mixer 🙂
    I think I would make a pavlova.
I actually have never made one before but if I had a mixer it would be super duper easy 🙂

Then I would just keep on baking just for an excuse to use it, hehe 😀

Probably pumpkin scones. I have a weakness for scones and tea for breakfast on a crisp fall morning!

My kitchen helpers (6 children) and I would definitely make a double ( or triple?!) batch of chocolate chip cookies. We would bake half of the cookies and freeze the other half of the dough. We go through cookies quickly at our house. Having cookie dough waiting in the freezer is a big help. My current mixer does not have a big enough bowl for double batches of some things.

The first thing I would make with this GORGEOUS stand mixer is a batch of my cinnamon rolls. They fill my current 5-quart to the brim, so it would be fun to relish all that extra space!

I would make a couple of loaves of bread. It’s that time of year that I start craving homemade carbs!

My dad has been in and out of hospitals since Feb and very ill forcing him to eat a lot of bad hospital food. The first thing I would make is his favorite lemon meringue pie. He needs a pick me up! And I need to learn to make a good meringue!

Pumpkin streusel cake! I’ve been dying to try making it recently… perhaps it will be a failure, but all the pumpkins in my grocery store are calling to me!

So many ideas, it’s hard to choose what to make first. I think it would be cinnamon rolls!

  9. Amy K

That most certainly is a beauty! The first thing I would make would be caramel bars, then our family’s favorite fluffy mashed potatoes. Thanks for the chance to win.
