These are by far my favorite baked donuts, and no other recipe comes close to comparing. My issue is- what do I do when I want a great donut that isn’t pumpkin? Can I omit it? I feel like leaving it out will do something to the texture and ruin what i love about these donuts. Please help!!

DELICIOUS!! I recently bought a doughnut baking tray, I think this may very well be the first doughnuts I bake . I love that you added the ice cream, I made ice cream bread before using and the consistency is to die for.
