The Pioneer Woman’s new cookbook “Food From My Frontier” is available for purchase today! Myself and some of my fellow bloggers are highlighting some of Ree’s recipes from her new book today. Yay!!
As I was deciding what recipe to make from Ree’s new book, my eyes were quickly drawn to her Malted Milk Chocolate Chip Cookies. I love a good thin crispy cookie so I knew this was the recipe for me!
Ree’s new book is gorgeous as you can tell by just looking at the cover. It’s hard to know what to make because every single one of the recipes look so darn good

These cookies took no time at all to whip up. The dough was absolutely delicious! Yes, those are my PJ’s in the reflection of my KitchenAid, lol!
I was so excited to get these babies in the oven!
Perfectly crisp and buttery. A must try cookie!

I am actually going to reheat some of PW’s mashed potatoes and PW’s Pot Roast, leftovers are just as delicious when using her recipes!
I’m making my “cheesy chicken dip”–chicken, sour cream, cream cheese, cheese, and some garlic powder. Not the healthiest but super yummy!
I’m making chicken of some sort for dinner, but I haven’t fully decided what that’ll consist of yet!
Just finished preparing my homemade marinara sauce for some pasta tonight!

I think I’m making roasted cauliflower soup and garlic bread….if I haven’t left the cauliflower in the fridge too long.

This is one of my favorite recipes! Another time I made them much smaller and they were perfect! They’re the best gift!!
I have some banana bread that needs to be eaten so Im making banana bread french toast.
Tonight is actually a no cook night…gonna be a pizza night!

I’m not cooking tonight because we’re going to the Houston Livestock Show & Rodeo to see Miranda Lambert! But last night was chicken fajita salad, and tomorrow is backstrap with mashed potatoes.
tonight for dinner i am making taco salads with leftover carnitas! i even half all the fixings for it! avacado, salsa, sour cream, beans, tomatoe, onions, cilantro and chips! cant wait for dinner!

I could see how you would choose these cookies. I love malted milk anything! Can’t wait to start cooking/baking from Ree’s new book! I’m sure it’s amazing! For dinner, I think I’m cooking Eggplant Parmesan (but we’ll see if I’m still wanting it tonight haha).

Umm…would it be bad if I said I want to make those cookies for dinner? Ok–I lied. I’m probably going to make pesto pasta! I found a jar of pesto sauce in the pantry that I probably should eat–but I would love to make my sun dried tomato pesto soon! YUM YUM!

Spaghetti and garlic bread
I am not sure yet what I am making for dinner tonight… but yesterday night I made a baked egg for the first time! Over a bed of spaghetti with brie and diced tomatoes and fresh rosemary. Delicious!
Hmm, not sure. Probably fish in a Mojo marinade with some rice and broccoli.
I am actually making Ree’s Meatballs.
I’m making ground turkey lettuce wraps with peanut sauce. Yum!
