Tonight? Dinner? Tonight? Really? Uhhhhh….I confess. Today’s one of those days where it’s still too early to think about dinner. I don’t know what I’m making for dinner. If I must commit at this point, peanut butter and jelly.

Short on time today so it’ll be chicken in 1 crock pot and scalloped potatoes in the other.

I don’t know what I’m cooking for dinner. Headed to grocery store in a little bit – hopefully will be inspired. Wish I had the cookbook!!!

I have been on an egg salad sandwich kick lately so I’m going to roast some asparagus, make some egg salad, and then add both onto a toasted roll. Kind of boring, but I’m craving it for some reason.

Flying solo tonight, so either avo-tacos (just cheese and avocado on a corn tortilla – yum!) or maybe baked potatoes.
