My favorite cookie is date pinwheels like my grandma used to make, especially around Christmas. The refrigerated dough was wonderful, if you could sneak a slice without grandma seeing you. I think she did the same thing, though!

My newest favorite is Coconut Creme-Kissed Chewy Chocolate Cookies. They use the Hershey’s coconut creme filled kisses that you find at Easter-time. Since it’s almost impossible to find these anymore, I have used chopped up Dove coconut creme or just chopped up coconut and chocolate chips. Yum!
My fav is a big, soft ginger cookie..the best! I found the best recipe within the last couple of years, and make them a lot, especially around Christmas time.
My favorite cookie is the no-bake cookie. Chocolate, peanut butter and oats? YUM!

White Chocolate Macadamia nut – soft and crispy on the edges… divine! Wish I had one right now!
My favorite indulgent cookie is my sister’s giant frosted chocolate chip cookies! They are incredible – the size of bakery-style cookies, soft with lots of gooey chocolate chips, and neon-colored frosting. Yum!

Just 1 favorite cookie??? No way- i learned to share in kindergarten! Any soft baked cookie with a slightly crunchy edge like; M&M or; chocolate/walnut chip; or old fashion molassas (like the kind made with dad of our hand-prints); or peanut butter (of course with the criss-cross top!),
and I have to tell you- I just printed your giant, double stuffed oreo, chocolate chip cookie, recipe- and that is number one on my to-do list for this week-end. Can you say 2, two, 2 treats in one!. YUM. Thanks for sharing
