Definitely more in the summer than in the winter (not great, I know). But I try to fix salad a couple times a week. Especially if I make a pot pie or quiche. Salad goes great with those!

    Allison C says:

Not often enough. My husband won’t eat salads and I find that I can’t get through a container of greens or a head of lettuce by myself without eating it practically every meal. That gets a little old. I like to get arugula, spinach, etc because I can add that into other meals (pastas, etc) easier than I can romaine so I’m less wasteful. In a couple of weeks we will move into our first home so I’m hoping that we can finally have dinner parties and maybe then I can make salads for people who will want to eat it with me.
