During the winter maybe once a week but during summer we eat them 3-4 times. Its really nice and refreshing on a triple digit day.

I try to eat salad every day. With two young ones in our house, salad is a part of dinner 2-3 days a week, although I could eat it every night!

LOL, like everyone else, not enough! But I do have spinach in my smoothies every morning. Salads at the table, maybe once a week.

We eat salad at least a few times a week. My girls love salads specially when we mix up our own dressings. They make the perfect lunches for them at school too specially with some protein. I feel lucky to have girls who will opt for a salad. This book would give me more ideas for meals for them.

3 or 4 times a week I make a big salad at the beginning of the week and add more greens to it as I go. I make a different salad everyweek so my mouth doesnt get bored. I also make my own dressings and put in a spritz bottle. thanks

Honestly, we hardly ever eat salad. I wish we ate more and we try to but the bags of salad always freeze in our fridge before we get the chance to enjoy. We have tons of salad dressings but hardly ever get to use them!

We eat salad 3-5 times/week. Either as a side or a main dish. We add protein, like grilled chicken strips or cooked shrimp if we are eating the salad as a meal.

I grew up eating salad almost every day. Don’t eat it quite as often now and definitely not as often as I should.

We eat it at least once a week…just depending on what I can find on sale in the grocery store that week.

Only a couple times a week during the winter- once it starts warming up we have them more often because it means less time in the kitchen!

We try to eat salad every night at our house.
With the Dole salad kits it’s a snap to toss a healthy salad every day.

Actually only recently have we started to eat salads again. Green salads. I didn’t even know my daughter and husband liked salad. I would make pasta salads, still not their thing. They do love green garden salads and fruit salads.
