I am so excited for my friend Susan of She’s Becoming Doughmesstic who’s book just came out called The Everything Ice Cream, Gelato, and Frozen Desserts Cookbook.
Susan and I have met at numerous blogging events and I just love her! She is talented and a wonderful person. Wait until you try her ice cream recipes! To die for I tell you

What starts with a simple chocolate ice cream base turns in to a decadent treat with the addition of store bought marshmallow fluff. For extra wow, stir in some chocolate marshmallows and fudge sauce before freezing.
Yield One Quart
3 cups heavy cream
1 cup whole milk
3/4 cup sweetened cocoa powder
3/4 cups sugar
pinch of salt
8 ounces Marshmallow Fluff
1 tablespoon vanilla extract
3 Regular Sized 3 Milky Way Candy Bars
1. Over medium heat, combine milk, cream, cocoa powder, sugar and salt until sugar is dissolved. Remove from heat and add in marshmallow fluff and vanilla. Stir to combine.
2. Allow to chill in refrigerator for 3-4 hours, or overnight.
3. Once chilled, stir in chopped candy bar pieces and add to ice cream maker. Follow manufacturer’s instructions for freezing.

Ben and Jerry’s Americone Dream! It has bits of chocolate covered waffle cone and caramel swirls in vanilla ice cream. It is so yummy!

My favorite ice cream flavor is probably black raspberry. I usually order it with peanut butter sauce on top because we’d go to this ice cream place as a kid that made their own ice cream and I could never decide between peanut butter cup ice cream and black raspberry. It tastes like a much better version of pb&j!

My favorite ice cream is vanilla with peanut butter swirl and chocolate swirl! Of course, said ice cream is sitting on top of a warm brownie and is then topped with chopped peanut butter cups and chocolate syrup!!!!
