Okay, so I was looking at the carton of eggnog a couple of days ago and wondering if I could make a caramel buttermilk syrup, but out of eggnog. Ponder no more! It can be done! And I think maybe it NEEDS to be done, stat.

Hi Nicola, it lasts covered in the refrigerator for 3 or 4 days. It’s not as thick once reheated, but still delicious
