Garlic Parmesan Baked Mashed Potatoes

These Garlic Parmesan Baked Mashed Potatoes are to die for. Loaded with cheese, garlic and your favorite pasta sauce, this is comfort food at its finest!

Baked Mashed Potatoes

Where do I even begin with these baked mashed potatoes? First off, how addicting are mashed potatoes anyway? It’s kind of unfair. You just can’t stop eating them. This recipe was inspired by the dish Chicken Parmesan that I love so much. I wanted to have the layer of pasta sauce and mozzarella cheese on top of my potoatoes! Is that so wrong? Lol! No, it is very right. We devoured this dish of potatoes. Take a look for yourself, enjoy!
