How Do I Store My Lemon Bars?

  1. Store your lemon bars in an airtight container in the refrigerator.  I enjoy these bars room temperate and chilled.  When they are cold, they have a nice chewy consistency.

Another awesome inspiration with lemon today. Next good idea is making lemon cake. Lemons aren’t bad for a sweet dessert.

Love your recipes 🙂 For the benefit of us Aussies, how much exactly is 2 sticks of butter?

Holy guacamole those look delicious! Keep the lemon poppyseed recipes coming…I can’t get enough of them this Spring either! Usually I use lemon zest/juice but will look for lemon curd next time, thanks! 🙂

These sound so good! We have to eat low sugar in our house and most lemon recipes have so much sugar that I can’t make them. These bars are ones I can easily convert to low sugar. Thanks for sharing!

These might be even better than your lemon poppyseed blondies. They are calling my name, especially with that icing drizzle!

Love following you & enjoy your recipes. On this one, for the icing, are you using lemon juice with the powdered sugar or flavoring? It reads “powdered sugar & powdered sugar”? I do make these frostings but didn’t know if lemon juice is in your recipe…..Thank you!

    1. Jenny

It should read powdered sugar and heavy cream 🙂 Just edited. Thanks! Hope you enjoy. ….you can definitely add a little lemon juice to the icing if you’d like!

Jenny, these bars look perfect! Lemon and poppy seed are one of my favorite combinations. I loved your recipe for the blondies, but these bars sound even better!
