Have the kids help measure out the ingredients, the whole family will love these!! Perfect for an after school snack or even great for bringing to parties and potlucks. These ultra soft homemade peanut butter cookies have the loveliest hint of blueberry flavoring thanks to blueberry cream cheese! An easy cream cheese cookie recipe dotted with white chocolate chips that the whole family will love.

Ingredients

  • 3.5 ounces Blueberry Cream Cheese softened
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter softened
  • 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 3/4 cup light brown sugar packed
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 2 cups white chips

Instructions

  • Preheat oven 350 degrees F. and line large baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Place cream cheese, butter and peanut butter into stand mixer, beat until well combined. Add sugars, eggs and vanilla until well combined. Slowly add flour, baking soda, salt and white chips. Beat until just combined.
  • With a medium cookie scoop, place dough onto prepared baking sheet 1 inch apart from each other.
  • Bake for 12-14 minutes until baked through. Remove and let cool on baking sheet for 10 minutes before transferring. Serve room temperature or chilled.

    Hmmm, I never thought this combination would be nice but having read your blog I would actually like to try this! Unfortunately they don’t sell that type of cream cheese here in the Netherlands, do you have any idea what I could use to substitute? Maybe just regular cream cheese and blueberries, or would that change the texture?

      Hi Vivian, can you purchase any brand of blueberry cream cheese? If not, yes, add some blueberries to softened cream cheese and give that a try.
