These Double Cookies and Cream Bars are packed with Oreo cookie goodness. But that’s not all! These blondies also have melty cookies and cream Hershey kisses inside!

Double Cookies and Cream Bars

I have a slight addiction with Hershey’s Kisses. Whenever I see a new flavor I have to have it and create something fabulous with it! When I saw a bag of cookies and cream kisses at Target last week, I about died! How perfect to make a fun treat!

These do not disappoint my friends, they are buttery crisp on the outside and chewy chocolaty on the inside. It’s so fun to see the kisses hidden inside each square! Enjoy 🙂

Here’s your line up. Pretty simple basic cookie ingredients.

You can totally do this in the stand mixer, or as I did in one bowl.

How to Make The Best Cookies and Cream Bars

Cream your butter and sugars as usual.

Add your egg.

Add your vanilla.

Time for your dry ingredients!

I chose to use mini chocolate chips for these bars, but use whatever you’d like.

Break out the Oreos or Trader Joes Joe Joe’s 🙂

Break them into bite size pieces and add them to the dough.

Give a good mix and take a taste 🙂

Take 1/3 of the dough and press it into the bottom of the pan.

Time for the Cookies and Cream Kisses! Love the blue wrapper.

Little bits of cookie in each bite.

Start lining up the kisses!

Top the kisses with the rest of the dough.

Now, gently press.

Time for the oven! They’ll come out nice and golden 🙂

The outcome…..pure heaven. Can’t wait for you to try these!

I’m drooling!! Do you think I can double this for a 9×13 pan? How long would you cook it for?

Hi Jenny! I make a lot of your baked goods and I was so excited to make this one! I made it today and I thought it came out amazing until a couple of hours later it turned hard as a rock! I had originally put it in the oven for 25 minutes but when I took it out it didn’t look cooked all the way through. I’m assuming it cooks a lot more once it’s out of the oven? Would love some tips! Thanks!!!

if you’re a fan of chocolate & mint, I just made these using christmas- mint flavored m&ms instead of oreos, and peppermint candy cane kisses – quite yummy!

    Merciful. HEAVENS.

    I made these last night.
    To die for.
You are a blessing and a curse to me at the same time…

I made these today and brought them to work. They were definitely a hit! I would recommend that people under-bake them so they stay a little more gooey. With the oreos broken apart in there, they dried out a bit before I could serve them. But really… fantastic. Thanks for all your wonderful recipes!

These look delicious. I wanted to point out, however, that having an ingredient listed as “1 stick of butter” is completely useless to those of us who don’t live in the USA.

  7. Kristine

Absolutely delicious. I made these the other day and was immediately asked for the recipe. I, of course, showed them the blog! 🙂
My husband says that this immediately became one of his favorites. I am already trying to find another excuse to bake another batch of these!

Thank you very much for setting up a “Print” button to make it easier to print out your great recipes. It is much easier. But – could you please also include a small picture of the finished recipe, such as a cookie, along with the printable recipe so that we can remember what the finished project is supposed to look like. That would be wonderful! Thank you so much for all of your recipes. I have made and taken several of them to share at our camp-outs during the summer. Thank you! from Nancy in Ohio.

I made these last night…and though they turned out really tasty the 8X8 pan of cookies was not enough for what I needed…any chance you could tell me the amount I should use for a 9X13 pan? Thanks for posting! I am on a sugar high at the moment! 🙂

What about this thought, do you think it could work to assemble something like this and then cook it the next day? I’ve never tried doig that with bars, do you think it would work?

Made these last night with regular kisses… WHAT A HIT! We served them after our BBQ and people’s eyes were rolling back in their heads 🙂

This is a fantastic recipe, that uses many components to create a yummy dish. I personally like how you show each step with the coloured photographs and then placed the ingredintent list down the bottom as well, just for extra mesures. I would perosnally like to try this recipes with the caramel kisses!

  17. Lindsey

This is the perfect recipe for cookies n’ cream kisses. I added a few of the Hershey’s cookies n’ cream drops to fill in some gaps… as if this recipe needed more sweetness 🙂 Anyway. Thanks for the great ideas.
