I am thrilled to be hosting this Review and Giveaway for Eggland’s Best Eggs. Not only am I reviewing this product, but am offering a $100 Visa Giftcard for my readers!
Eggs are a staple in my home as I bet they are in your homes too! I was so impressed to find that Eggland’s Best Eggs contain ten times more Vitamin E than ordinary eggs, 100 mg of Omega 3, 25% less Saturated Fat, and 200 mcg of Lutein, shown to contribute to eye health. It was also comforting to find that Eggland’s Best Eggs are produced by hens that are fed an all-natural, all-vegetarian diet. Basically, these eggs are more healthy than your typical egg and that rates GREAT with me!! With all the cooking and baking I do, I want nothing but the best eggs for my family.
I was not sure if I would be able to tell a difference when cooking with Eggland’s Best Eggs, but I will tell you, there was a difference, they tasted wonderful! I will definitely be a long time consumer of Eggland’s Best!

I’m all about breakfast sandwiches! Eggs, turkey bacon, goat cheese, and mushrooms on mini whole wheat bagels – yum!
I love german pancakes. They have lots of eggs
We love Cheese Dillies – you use the egg batter from french toast and dip one side of two pieces of bread. Take one piece of bread and put the dipped side down on the skillet then add a slice of cheese and then take the second piece of bread and put the dry side face down. toast the one side flip and toast the other side until cheese is melted. They have been in our family for at least 3 generations.
I love just a good ‘ol egg sandwich! To lighten it up a bit, I toast 1 slice of bread and cut it horizontally ( takes a little practice), fry 1 egg in some smart balaance, top with 1 slice of light american cheese. A very satisfying breakfast with a piece of fruit and coffee!
Here’s my favorite egg recipe:
My daddy calls them “popcorn eggs”
Scramble your eggs right into a buttered hot skillet, continuously stir and chop the eggs. Keep cooking beyond how you would cook regular scrambled eggs. Keep chopping and frying! The finished product should resemble small popcorn crispy bits of eggs.
Ok, serving…take gulden’s mustard and put all over top of your eggs in your plate.
Eat with toast, sausage or bacon and make a sandwich- YUM! SO good 🙂
I love breakfast burritos, especially with some tater tots and sausage/bacon thrown in there. I also love a good quiche, but usually don’t have time to put it together.
What another great giveaway! I love eggs that are scrambled on a buttered English muffin. Simple and yummy!
My favorite recipe with eggs is German Pancakes. I love to eat them with sour cream, brown sugar, and fresh strawberries.!! Yum!!!
My favorite use of eggs is on a “Bo Burger” which I got from Paula Deen’s show a few years ago. It’s a cheeseburger with sauteed onions and a fried egg on top.
We love breakfast burritos with sausage, egg, potatoes, cheese, and salsa!
Sunday breakfast has always been eggs: omelets, scrambled, etc. Our hands down favorite is Eggs Benedict. YUM!!
I always put eggs in my favorite bread recipes. Added richness and flavor. Thanks for hosting a great giveaway! ~~Rhonda
I absolutely love scrambling a mix of eggs and egg whites with spinach and feta and serving on an english muffin. This is Saturday comfort food to me!
Thanks for the egg muffin recipe. We will have to try that one.
We eat a log of eggs in our house. Our favorite thing is breakfast burritos. (for breakfast lunch or dinner!)
Scrambled eggs, cheese, sausage, salsa all wrapped in a warm tortilla. So yummy!
Thanks
My favorite egg recipe is hazelnut meringue cookies. You make a meringue, mix half with chopped hazelnuts and cinnamon. You scope the nut mixture onto a cookie sheet for a cookie base, top each with the left over meringue, and put a whole hazelnut on top. Yummy!
I love a good ol’ bacon egg and cheese on a bagel!
The 5 of us have been sharing winter colds and flu’s for months now, so we love scrambled eggs with a touch of 1/2 and 1/2. Quick, easy and tasty.
I like to make vegetarian omelets. My favorite ingredients are zuchinni, red pepper, green onion and cheese.
favorite egg recipe… well, I love them scrambled just by themselves. But this weekend I tried an applesauce spice cupcake that topped my “favorites” list
I like to make vegetarian omelets. My favorite ingredients are zuchinni, red pepper, green onion and cheese. Yum!
I am not sure if this is available to canadian residents( i am from alberta canada) but i thought i would still leave a comment. I buy these wonderful eggs, the antibiotic free ones and i like to make 2 favorite dishes. One is potatoe egg salad with cooked cubed potatoes, cooked eggs cut up some miricle whip and a little green onion and sprinkle with paprica, sometimes i add some dill or mustard to it. My other favorite it home made egg mcmuffins so easy and quick.
I raise chickens so I don’t buy Eggland Eggs very often. But there is that time during the winte where my chickens just don’t lay and then it’s only Egglands Best for us. They are just like my own right out of the coop fresh eggs. As for a recipe, my absolutely favorite egg recipe is just a plain old soft boiled egg, served with a slice of buttery toast. Mmmmmm, nothing could be better!
My favorite egg dish is called Spinach Pie. It’s basically a quiche with tuna fish and spinach. My kids love it!
I LOVE scambled eggs…boring I know but they are so good! I also, LOVE Meat Lovers Quiche Muffins…they are similar to your Brocolli and Sausage ones! Yummy!
My favorite thing is omelets. I make them with eggs, bacon, green onions, bell peppers, tomatoes and of course cheese…lots of cheese.
I am the wife to a picky eating hubby and the mom to two children, 1 is picky and the other will eat just about anything and the hostmom to an exchange student, sorta picky.
I made a Quiche for the first time and it was a SUPER BIG HIT and they have asked everynight when I am making it again (TONIGHT IS THERE LUCKY NIGHT)
6 Eggland Eggs (that is who we use)
1/2 cup of Half & Half
1 cup of Diced Hame
1 cup of Swiss Cheese
Some Chives..
Preheat the oven to 400*, cook the empty pie shell for 8min. and then remove from the oven and drop the temp down to 325*, fill the pie shells with the filling, and bake for 35-40 min.
Serve with some fresh fruit Salad and YUMMO!!!
My family’s favorite way to eat eggs is Deviled Eggs or egg salad sandwiches. They could eat them for breakfast, lunch & dinner if I let them!
There is nothing more comforting than a good old french toast casserole. It takes whatever “leftover bread” you have on hand, 1 dozen eggs (!!) and some half & half – spice it up with cinnamon, nutmeg & brown sugar and you’re ready to go!! Thanks for the chancew to win!!
I think that the only good egg is one in a dessert. I choose chocolate cake or cheesecake or applesauce cookies or cinnamon rolls. The list never ends!
I don’t know if I have a favorite recipe as I LOVE to bake and you can’t bake without using eggs…. However, my family does love my Keylime Pie or Keylime Cheesecake. 🙂 Oh how I love cheesecake.
My favorite egg recipe is a breakfast casserole with eggs, ham, potatoes, green onions, and a combination of cheeses. It is fabulous and I would eat it every single day if I could. I’ve never tried eggland, I’ll have to give them a shot!
My family likes french toast, but my favorite egg recipe is popovers!
I hard boil eggs and use just the whites and mix in hickory smoke tuna (in the foil), mustard, chopped celery, salt and pepper and wrap it in lettuce. I eat it for lunch a lot!! Thanks.
My all-time favorite egg recipe is a good old fashioned cheese omlet. I love to spice it up with tomatoes, peppers, onions, mushrooms, and pepper jack cheese. I also love gluten-free sweeet and sour chicken where the “breading” on the chicken is actually just whipped eggs baked over the chicken.
Egg recipe? I love a fried egg sandwich– toasted bread, a little mayo, a slice of cheese and a nice fried egg!!
My favorite egg recipe is scrambled eggs! My 4 year old asks for this almost every single day! Easy and fast.
