Given the current state of my hormones…a Chicken Caesar Salad, Bacon Cheeseburger, Fries, a slice of Pepperoni Pizza, and a large Sprite. I’d finish it off with a drippy sweet Cinnabon with extra frosting.

Then when my hormones returned to normal I would eat a Chicken Salad with a light italian dressing and have a bottled water before hitting the gym! Gotta love hormones….NOT REALLY!
