These sinful little cookie dough bar recipe is such a treat, can’t wait to share them with you. The cookie bar is a buttery oatmeal white chocolate cookie that is irresistible. To make it even better the frosting is an oatmeal white chocolate chip cookie dough frosting, egg free so you don’t worry 🙂 I can’t tell you enough how great these are, you’ll have to try them yourself! You know the drill, let’s start by adding your butter and sugars to the mixer.

How To Make Cookie Dough Bars

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. and line an 8×8 inch baking pan with parchment or foil sprayed with cooking spray.
  2. Place butter and sugars into stand or electric mixer beating on medium speed to cream until light and fluffy, about 3 minutes. Add egg and vanilla beating until combined.
  3. Add flour, oatmeal, baking soda and salt mixing on low to combine following the white chips. Beat until just combined then transfer to prepared baking pan spreading evenly.
  4. Bake for 30-35 minutes or until baked through and golden.
  5. While cookies are baking prepare frosting. Place butter and sugars into stand or electric mixer beating on medium speed to cream until light and fluffy, about 3 minutes. Add vanilla beating until combined. Add flour, oatmeal, and salt mixing on low to combine following the white chips. Spread over cooled cookie bars then cut into squares and serve!

Transfer your cookie dough to an 8×8 inch baking dish and bake!

Bake until golden and beautiful, 30-35 minutes.
