I love grilled pork tenderloin! The sliced pork tenderloins make perfect little sliders!

Pulled pork, Southern bbq on a whole wheat bun with lots of mustard based bbq sauce. Oh my. So good. (We actually had bbq at our wedding…it was an elegant meets backyard bbq on a lovely Charleston, SC plantation) Ahhh… Thanks for the giveaway! 🙂

At home, my mom will buy thinly cut pork belly and cook it on a small grill. Nothing fancy, but we eat it by putting it in a lettuce wrap with rice and ssamjang (a bean & pepper paste mix). It’s simple, but so delicious! 🙂

Chinese pork, that kind that has the red coloring on the outside. Dip that in hot mustard and sweet and sour sauce and I am in heaven.

Mmm. Bacon wrapped (and marinated) water chestnuts. Salty and crunchy with a hint of sweet from the brown sugar.
