What Is White Pizza?

White pizza refers to pizza that contains no sauce, just a slathering of cheese with other toppings.

How To Roast Brussels Sprouts

You’ll start by halving your brussels sprouts, drizzling with olive oil and seasoning with salt and pepper. Bake until roasted and beautiful!

Perfect! Set those aside for a few minutes while you make the sauce.

Melt your butter into a small saucepan then whisk in the flour, salt and pepper. Whisk in your milk, Parmesan cheese and chopped rosemary leaves.

Cook until thickened.

Press your pizza dough onto a pizza pan that’s been sprayed with cooking spray.

How Do You Make Homemade Pizza Dough?

  1. Place warm water, yeast and sugar into mixer bowl. Have the dough hook attachment on. Mix gently and let nearly double in size, about 5 minutes. With mixer on low add flour, olive oil, salt and garlic salt. Scrape sides of bowl and let knead for 5 minutes until dough is cleaning sides of bowl. Add sprinkles of additional flour if it’s not.
  2. Remove dough with floured hands and transfer to a floured countertop. Fold dough over itself a couple times then form into a round. Place onto pizza pan and press into a 12 inch round, larger for a more thin crust.
  3. Refrigerate for up to 3 days, until ready to roll and use.

Spread your creamy sauce over the dough.

Top evenly with your roasted brussels sprouts.

Crumbled bacon!

Sprinkle with shredded mozzarella cheese.

Lovely!

Top with a sprig of fresh Rosemary if desired before baking. Bake for about 20 minutes, or until baked through.

Cheesy and perfect. Enjoy!

Pax was eager for the photo shoot to be over so he could dig in, lol!
