Here is one of my favorite ways to use crescent rolls!!
Pumpkin Spiced Cream Cheese Breakfast Rolls
2 packages/cans Pillsbury Crescent Rolls
4 0z cream cheese, softened
1/4 Cup brown sugar
1/4 Cup canned pumkin (Libby’s)
1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/8 teaspoon fresh ground nutmeg
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Unroll crescent rolls to form 4 rectangles placed side by side. Pinch seams together to form one long rectangle. Place cream cheese, brown sugar, pumpkin, cinnamon and nutmeg into a mixer; beat until well combined. Spread mixture over crescents leaving a 1/2 inch border around edges. Starting at long end, roll up then cut into 1 inch pieces. Place around 2 9 inch cake pans that have been sprayed with cooking spray. I left the centers open so the rolls form a circle.
2. Bake for 28-30 minutes or until rolls are golden brown. Remove and let cool for 10 minutes. Frost warm rolls with cream cheese frosting recipe below.
Frosting
4 oz softened cream cheese
1/2 Cup powdered sugar
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
1 Tablespoon canned pumpkin (Libby’s)
1. Mix all ingredients into a large bowl until smooth. Spread over warm rolls.

Oh my gosh! Your pumpkin Cresecent rolls look amazing! I just bought a pack of Crescents yesterday and am so trying this! Thanks for sharing! My favorite crescent recipe… geez, I use them for everything! But my top 3 are:
1. Bacon creme cheese bites
2. Cinnamon sugar roll ups (Spread on butter, sprinkle cinamon and sugar crunchies (I use Pampered Chef) roll, slice, bake
3. Chicken tortilla wheel
I add them as rolls to just about ANY meal. We use them all the time!
When I was a kid, we’d roll them up with the caramel sheets used for wrapping apples…I haven’t made these in forever, but just thinking about them makes me smile.
i like to make little pizza pockets!
My two favorites are to bake them as directed with some chocolate chips tucked inside, and to stuff and roll some chopped walnut, blue cheese and honey inside.
There are some great suggestions here!
We use them mostly for chicken pockets or pigs in a blanket. I love crescent rolls!
Love the Pillsbury Serving Trays! Thanks for the opportunity! I love my breakfast casserole–with the ingredients including the crescent rolls laid out flat for the bottom crust! Can’t beat Pillsbury Crescent Rolls!
I love to use them to make chicken and cream cheese stuffed crescents. Yum!!
I like to make PW’s apple dumplings with them.
Love it!
We love taco pie made with crescent rolls!
I love apple dumplings made with crescent rolls.
I actually like them plain, straight from the oven with some homemade freezer jam. Yum!
I like to use them as Chicken pillows but some of the ideas sound really really good!
Pigs in a blanket is my favorite!
My favorite involves a small baking pan, top and bottom layers of crescent roll dough and a middle layer of a cream cheese, egg, sugar mixture and the top sprinkled with cinnamon sugar and baked to a lovely golden brown then cut into squares. Yum!
I spread the crescents out on baking sheet and spoon down the middle my own taco mix. Oh my, no left overs!
This is very simple but I just like them plain! They are teh perfect side to any meal. Your pumpkin breakfast rolls look wonderful.
Filled with nutella (and sometimes – if I’m feeling like being a little healthier – a little banana). And baked. Mmmm!

I dont have a special way of using them….just stick them in the oven!! haha
Crescent rolls filled with Nutella, marshmellows and pecans, rolled up and baked! YUMMMMOOOO!
My favorite are these little almond cinnamon roll bites. Yum!
It’s nothing too special, but since I was a kid, my mom would make hot dogs & cheese wrapped in crescent rolls. They were delicious!
We love crescent dogs, it’s a family favorite.
I also make crescent chicken which is really yummy. Chicken, cream cheese, cream of chicken soup, bacon…all wrapped in a crescent pocket. mmmm.
I love crescent rolls wrapped w/ cinnamon and sugar and coated in butter…. yum!
I love them plain, but I think my favorite is pigs in a blanket with lil’ smokies.
