As I was deciding what recipe to make from Ree’s new book, my eyes were quickly drawn to her Malted Milk Chocolate Chip Cookies. I love a good thin crispy cookie so I knew this was the recipe for me!

Tonight is actually a no cook night…gonna be a pizza night!
I have some banana bread that needs to be eaten so Im making banana bread french toast.
This is one of my favorite recipes! I made them for father’s day last year and shipped them home to dad – http://yellebellyboo.blogspot.com/2011/06/fathers-day-pws-malted-chocolate-chip.html – that time I made them too big they all smushed together. Another time I made them much smaller and they were perfect! They’re the best gift!!
I am cooking pork chops, rice, and greenbeans.
It is going to be almost 70 degrees in WISCONSIN…in early March!! Wowza! We are going to have some fresh spring veggies and fish with cucumber salsa tonight..yummy!
I think I’m making roasted cauliflower soup and garlic bread….if I haven’t left the cauliflower in the fridge too long.

I’m making my “cheesy chicken dip”–chicken, sour cream, cream cheese, cheese, and some garlic powder. Not the healthiest but super yummy!
I am actually going to reheat some of PW’s mashed potatoes and PW’s Pot Roast, leftovers are just as delicious when using her recipes!
Breakfast for dinner tonight, including an “oven pancake” with broccoli, tomato, eggs & cheese! Yummy 🙂

We are having breakfast for dinner tonight. Bacon, Eggs, potatos, toast. It’s busy season for my CPA husband so this is a great meal for late nite supper.
hmm…haven’t thought that far ahead! Hamburgers sure sound good though, so I guess that’s what I’ll make. Better go get the beef out of the freezer!

I have been on an egg salad sandwich kick lately so I’m going to roast some asparagus, make some egg salad, and then add both onto a toasted roll. Kind of boring, but I’m craving it for some reason.
